This is expected for now -- tagging 'move to backlog.' Only French & English are currently supported in the installer UI (localizing MSI installers doesn't scale very well as every added language requires a new build step).

Reviewed with the Edge Code team - we assume the installer runs headless with the Application Manager and only the EULA needs to be translated for Edge Code. Adding ToTrack label.

Removing tracking tag as there's no external bug this is waiting on.

Localized installers are still required for Brakets so we can't simply close this bug when Edge Code installers go headless. It also wasn't entirely clear (least I'd heard) whether uninstallers are headless with AAM.

Added this to the internal RE backlog for Edge Code. Closing here.
