[CLOSED] "Jump to Definition" vs "Go to Definition" are confusing #3386

These two items are adjacent in the Navigate menu and I'm not sure how many users will be able to glean what the difference is between them.

I think we should consider renaming the old "Go to Definition" since numerous people have misinterpreted it in past sprints already.

Name ideas:

Tagging high priority for this sprint in case we want to go a last-minute string change to fix this. I think it will be pretty confusing otherwise, so it may be worth it.
