[CLOSED] JSLint icon needs tooltip #4156

  1. Open a JS file in the Brackets source and examine status bar
  2. Open a non-JS file and examine status bar

Result:

  1. Status bar shows a green checkmark with no explanation. What is it?
  2. Status bar shows a gray circle with no explanation. What is it? (My first guess was a placeholder for a progress spinner...)

Expected: The icon should have tooltips in all states to explain what it is. I think this used to be true but regressed when the icon was restyled.
