[CLOSED] [Core][Update extension]: Incorrect extension updating behavior if you canceling extension update.

Steps:

1. Launch Brackets.
2. Click Extension Manager icon to install an extension from URL. Such as; https://github.com/mikechambers/StringConvert
3. Install same extension from URL again.
4. Click button Overwrite on the Insatll extension dialog.
5. Click button Close on the Extension Manager dialog.
6. It will pop up Change Extensions dialog, click button Cancel.
7. Click Extension Manager icon again to bring up Extension Manger.
8. Click Button Close.
9. On the Change Extensions dialog, click button Update Extensions and Quit.

Results: Step7, the status for extension which is cancelled to update still is Marked for update. After step 9, it will pop up an update extension error dialog.

Expected: Step7, when I cancelled to update the extension, the status for extension should restore to original status. Step9, there should not have error message.

Notes: This issue not reproduce in build 0.27.0-8254

This issue fixed in Sprint 29 build 0.29.0-8678. So closing it. Here is the snapshot which is after step7:
