I can repro this on my WIn 7 machine, both with Win+D as well as minimizing by clicking the taskbar button. Only minimizing via the upper-right minimize window fails to repro it.

Also, this might explain why #5288 was hard to repro (although I'm still unable to repro without step 3 here -- clicking the upper-left app icon).

Confirm on Win 7, x64. Maximazing and minimizing the window with double click brings this up a lot.
Bar is this thing with close button and brackets logo.
1) Double click bar to maximize 2) Hover over the bar 3) See quirk 4) Repeat from step one =)

Also.
If you right-click on the top-bar in Windows7, it displays the buttons in the "classic" style too.
1.- Open Brackets Window 2.- Right-Click on title bar. 3.- See bug. 4.- Click Elsewhere. 5.- Try again, bug appears.

Since this seems like just another case of #5288, I'm going to close this one as a dupe to consolidate.
Issue by sathyamoorthi Tuesday Sep 24, 2013 at 05:56 GMT Originally opened as https://github.com/adobe/brackets/issues/5321
How to reproduce:
1.Open brackets. 2.Press windows + D to go to desktop. Then press it again to get back to brackets. 3.Then press brackets icon at the top left corner. 4.Minimizing, maximizing brackets sometimes bring this issue.
