[CLOSED] [Mac Dark Shell] Updated traffic lights are a smidgeon off-center on a non-Retina Mac #4975

Observed: Launch Brackets.app from a build of jeff/dark-mac. Compare the location of the updated traffic lights to the ones in a released build of Brackets. Notice that the updated traffic lights are aligned lower within the caption bar.

Here's a screenshot. The updated traffic lights are displayed in the foreground window on the right. The background window on the left is from Brackets Sprint 31.

Expected: That the updated traffic lights would be vertically centered within the caption bar area.

Reproduced on: non-Retina Macbook Pro. OSX 10.8.5
