\ Steps to Repro **

  1. Load an extension that uses an iframe, like the DevDocs viewer or MarkdownPreview.
  2. Open the extension panel.
  3. Look at the contents

\ Results **

Background areas of the iframe are dark gray. For MarkdownPreview, this affects the sides of the panel when the window is wide. For DevDocs viewer, this affects virtually all of the content, making it unreadable.
