Issue by Gaviniso Wednesday Nov 06, 2013 at 12:53 GMT Originally opened as https://github.com/adobe/brackets/issues/5868

Cannot see the basic feature of clicking on the preview elements and seeing them highlighted in the code and visa versa. I have watched many how-to and demo videos but cannot doit myself.

Is there something basic I am doing wrong? Do I have the wrong sort of code (supplied by a developer for a Campaign Monitor template.

Here is a video of what I am doing: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W6rf60Yimp4&feature=youtube_gdata_player

I am not a coder but want to easily modify elements of this code (e.g. text, colours and hosted images).

@Gaviniso Clicking in browser to select in Brackets is not implemented. There was a demo using an experimental branch that did that, but it has never been brought into Brackets.

But, the opposite does work. In Brackets Sprint 31 and later, when you click in a CSS rule in Brackets, all elements in the browser for which that rule applies are highlighted. Also, when you click in an HTML element in Brackets, the element is highlighted in the browser.

Closing.
