just like the psd lens seen in this video [1] I would like to use GIMP as my page designer of choice. I think once psd lens comes out it would be best to include the GMIP lens. basically I do not I think that Brackets should be able to open .psd files and .xcf files and use the same photo preview. I should not have to open up the psd lens if a client gives me a psd and the GMIP sens if they give me a .xcf. you should be able to do all the same things, find out the width and height of an object, the font used, the font size. everything that was shown in [1] and what ever else has been added to the project since this video.

This is a cool idea, but not likely something that would ship with Brackets. I've given this the Extension Idea label so that people can find it later, because it would make a useful extension.
