Update the project panel font weights to match the Northstar prototype.

Note that the appearance of the fonts on the Mac is heavier than the appearance of the Northstar prototype. This is due to rendering differences between CEF 1 and Chrome 18.

Interestingly, even in CEF 3 (brackets-shell) the font weights still appear significantly heavier on Mac than on Win
