Brackets screen freezes on IMac retina 5k

Apologies for the issue. Could you verify if this issue exists in an older version of the brackets https://github.com/adobe/brackets/releases/tag/release-1.14.2

Hey there, the issue is only in Brackets release, pre-release has no issues for me so far.

MY ANSWERS

My system language is set to English, and I have attached my system report. 1.14.2 does load correctly and function (other than some minor artifact issues), but extensions can not be found. I assume this is due to it pointing to Adobe resources which are shut down. I manually installed extensions into the extensions folders, and they do work correctly.

Updated Brackets

I just downloaded and installed the newest build and it launches correctly. It is the exact same name (Brackets 2.0.1 signed), which was confusing. Maybe you should bump to 2.0.2?

The menu bar comes up but nothing is working

Now is working with the advise of Charlypa. unsunstalled previous version. I installed 2.0.0_rc and xattr -cr /Applications/Brackets.app on terminal
