Failed to load list of diff files #1242

[I'm supposed to describe steps to replicate my issue here and if I don't do that, I understand that my issue will be probably ignored.]

Brackets 1.4.0-16380 (win), Git 1.9.5.msysgit.0 & Brackets-Git 0.14.32

Failed to load list of diff files

Error: fatal: ambiguous argument 'be87ba2610dfff38e20e2162033aec451ec8a291^..be87ba2610dfff38e20e2162033aec451ec8a291': unknown revision or path not in the working tree.
Use '--' to separate paths from revisions, like this:
'git <command> [<revision>...] -- [<file>...]'
