Changes not displayed in plugin window in specific project(folder) #1267

Brackets 1.6.0-16680 (OS X), Brackets-git 0.16.2 Changes not displaying both Brackets v1.5 & v1.6 while other functions are okay. This happens only in one desktop. So, I removed app & settings & reinstalled, nothing fixed. neither with, git newly installed. I think this happens for the folders which has many files (1.8M files)
