Selecting origin branch for a second time doesn't update name

Minor? bug caught:

In the attached screenshot I first selected origin/master and then selected origin/beta/1.0 and the branch name was not updated.

I would expect it to continually follow the origin branch name until I decided I wanted to rename it manually myself.
