Checkout button missing on details view for a specific commit #1342

The Checkout button (as well as Reset Index) on the Details view for a specific commit is not showing

What I expect to see: grafik Screenshot of Details view for a specific commit according to extension description

What I see: screen shot 2017-12-09 at 20 22 40 Screenshot of Details view for a specific commit as seen in my Brackets

I'm using the latest version of the extention 0.16.6 on Mac OS X 10.9.5.
