registry always says there is an update #50

There appears to be a perpetual update issue. Currently, both the regular registry and the npm registry itself claim that the npm registry extension has an update.

Brackets 1.9 (on Windows, but that probably doesn't matter) regular registry says 0.6.3 is the latest and installs 0.6.3 npm registry says 0.6.4 is the latest and installs 0.6.3

I checked on NPM, and I see that the latest is 0.6.3 and there is a beta published that is 0.6.4.

This is currently happening on both of my computers.

0.6.5 published as regular version, PR for the issue is welcome though
