Figure out how to add an example Word document #2

The output codebook is in Word format (at least for now). Figure out the best way to include that Word document in the package for demonstration purposes without raising a build error.

Actually, I don't think the Word document needs to be included in the package. It will be available on the GitHub repository for download, but there's no reason to include it in the actual package. I don't think you can do anything with it if it's bundled with the package. Therefore, I'm adding it to build ignore. Again, users can still view it and download it on GitHub.
