Dependency Bot wasn't understanding the anaconda format requirement txt file. PIP format Python requirement TXT file made, which Dependency Bot seems to finally understand so the false warnings shouldn't be appearing anymore.
Python requirements combed through. CookieCutter is a dependency for Spyder and some data techniques with Python, so I wasn't able to remove it. I was able to ensure all dependencies were updated to the latest versions without vulnerabilities.
