add reports as of 3/24 #42

The current reports for the ongoing Analyses of Programming Options (relating to the merge problem), including Memory Management, Data Structures, and bibliography. Reports written in Quarto notebooks to facilitate both Python and R in a single document. Quarto documents exported to HTML with embedded resources to allow for the benefit of some of Quarto's features in navigating the document. Reports are still in progress
