Considering:

Instead of a manually typing in arguments to pathfinder functions, have them grab the arguments from a settings file (e.g., code file extensions, files to ignore)
Create a function that automatically creates that file when you load pathfinder?
Call the file "commander's intent"? Too cheesy?

Left off at line 72. Hold off on this for now. Just get the basic functionality working. I think that a better way to store internal information will eventually be R6 objects. But, I will need a refresher on using them.
