I came across the easystats framework while working on the L2C main outcomes analysis. Specifically, I used some of the functions from the performance package. However, the entire suite of packages looks pretty neat. We may want to incorporate some or all of these packages into R4Epi, Intro to R, and Epi-Workbench.
