Add open review to the book #24

I came across this when I was trying to figure out how to add the Google Analytics tag to the book. It looks super cool. I think I can use this in place of -- or alongside -- making edits in GitHub.

Actually, I don’t think I want to do this. For now, I prefer to have people make edits on GitHub and leave feedback using GitHub issues. It’s cleaner/simpler than adding another software dependency.
