scph-9001, board PU-23, official sony memory card installation method: unirom 8.0.J boot disc swap method install to memcard slot2

exploit seems to run, cyan screen, then hangs on an orange screen and never progresses? card writing verifies just fine on unirom boot disc, i've formatted and re-written it a couple times now, still failing.

If I remember correctly, the verified method of installing FreePSXBoot is to use a PlayStation 2 with uLaunchELF and MC Annihilator 2.0, but I'm not sure if you have any of these tools? Also, did you post your issue here: https://github.com/JonathanDotCel/unirom8_bootdisc_and_firmware_for_ps1 as well? Sounds like this is the kind of issue they want to know about.
