Add the ability for text input in addition to speech. This will allow for other programs to easily communicate with jasper and simplify testing.

This is currently being worked on in the main fork - # 280. Will wait for functionality to be added there.

Use --local arg to use manual input for testing. Will utilize this to allow other programs to interact with Nikita
