When "Open as of now" #51

The +%s didn't update their @ amounts... when doing that update, need to drop all percent changes and recalc. 0% updated, nothing else did.

Those price updates really need to be projections anyway. Can probably make a better model for them.

For now - remove the Open As Of function... would be confusing for new users anyway.

Will readd when we add an "Open As Of Date" function.
