During extended trading, the IT?M/OTM is sitll using Last Trade. #86

Need to use Mid if Last Trade doesn't apply.

Hmm market is open now and its still funky. Not sure whats up

Check which price the Current price is using too

Can't be sure, but it should use the opposite of its Long / Bid / Short / Ask situation, since it is trying to close it out.
