Have a personlized way to see the latest information about the podcasts that the user is subscribed to.

Should be the view triggered once the heart has been clicked in the Nav.

Should this have its own home in the application, or can it be a tab under the account section?

It's own home. If you're using this app, you're probably using it to listen to the things you're subscribed to.
