Create endpoint for Events #5

Need to create an endpoint for the following:

Under User Endpoint:

Under Podcast Endpoint:

Actually, we may not need create and delete, as theres really no reason for those to exist as endpoints. That being said, I'll need to add a way to handle creating them and deleting them, by events are byproducts of comments, subscribing, and following.
