Broken link to lecture notes in main page.

What Was Supposed to Happen?

Also: If you have downloaded SageMath or Jupyter Notebooks, please let us know what operating system you were using when you encountered the problem.

This has been fixed on the main page, other links throughout the project may be broken though.
