GFSH decoherence corrections #6

GFSH seems to be working. Now we need to add the decoherence corrections. We should only need two of them:

  1. IDC
  2. EDC

IDC: --> Reset coefficients to z = (0,0,0,...,1,...,0) where the 1 corresponds to the new active state "only upon a successful/frustrated hop".

EDC: --> Use exponential weighting and artificial decoherence parameter to allow for decoherence "at each time step".
