update url so that the src repo is better findable on github

It was not very obvious that this repository is the actual source of pip install glpk.

I therefore updated the two links which made me doubt.

I would also recommend to also claim and upload a pypi alias package to pyglpk as https://pypi.org/project/pyglpk/ is currently still available..
