ODT: Manual links don't work #121

If I create a manual link like this:

[[->This is my link, blah blah blah]]

It doesn't seem to link properly in open office documents.

I've now changed this syntax to

[[@This is my link, blah blah blah]]

This does work though (not sure why it is different than with the comma included:

[[@This is my link]]
