Fix typos #9

Yesterday I translated this guideline into German in order to discuss it at work.

Thereby I noticed some typos in the English original, which this PR fixes. For example, missing closing brackets or inconsistent usage of bolding (omitting question marks).

I'm sad, that so many projects still not offer HTTPS (visited every non-HTTPS and looked at HTTPS Everywhere add-on to check). For those, who do, I updated the URL.
