DOP-Mii v16 !ERROR (-1)

What IOS did you use?

What is the first 4 digits of your Wii's Serial Number?
...idk where to look for that...
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Trying to use DOP-Mii to install the trucha bug

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It ought to just install but it gives me error code (-1) I think it might be 
network-related
Please provide any additional information below.
I have 4.3 with homebrew channel installed and all that jazz, but DOP-Mii isn't 
working.

also, I just ran the installer again and here's exactly what it says:

Preparations Complete

00000024/content/title.tmdLoading Stored TMD...
Setting existing TMD revision to 0...Done
>> Nand::CreateFile =(-102) Permission denied.

ERROR! Installer returned error code (-1)

I can reproduce this using a red wii.

BootMii says I have SysMenu 4.3E boot1? boot2v4

Happened to me on a black wii 4.3e, went through the steps again and it worked 
ok
