Add optional arg for shader directory #9

This change makes it easier to play with different shaders without moving files around.

I wasn't sure what the best place to document this was. Let me know if/where you want me to add docs.

Yeah that would be fine. Having this change documented would be nice. Put it in docs/README.md. At the end of the Usage section would be fine I guess.
