Looks like the binary was renamed.

Sorry mate, it's the other way around. See the commit https://github.com/bradleyfalzon/apicompat/commit/ef1e6e2f93c688cfd2c00a478630a94b49f53447

So the README is correct but the folder cmd/abicheck needs to be renamed to cmd/apicompat.

I can fix this or will take a replaced PR if you're up for it.
