Unable to delete a user #39

Describe the bug Unable to delete a user.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to the user tab
  2. Notice that there isn't a way to delete a user.

Deleting users would be a huge db hassle, I think the solution here is to deactivate users.
