QUESTION, NOT ISSUE: Sync back to phone #1

@bradmartin Well done, this is really superb, much appreciated bud! :)

How would I sync data back from the watch/device to the phone app? Do these wear devices connect to the internet directly or via a phone?

I have not done any syncing. I do know there are stand-alone apps for WearOS and then apps that are companion to apps installed on a mobile device.

They are connected via the phone and bluetooth. Hope that helps some.
