Point out important MATLAB code (as of August 15, 2014)

We have two processes that need to communicate

• Motion happening in https://github.com/subroutines/djhbrm/blob/master/dolfin_code/particle_diffusion_on_mesh.py
• Actin Network movements happening in MATLAB somewhere (please point out where)

I will write something to have the two different scripts interact with each other, but need to know the code where the following data:

• The filament tips (on the surface of the dendritic shafts)
• The scaffold proteins
• The probability of a particle interacting with either filament or protein (and the effects on the diffusion rate)

We should use Fortran. It's fast but more time-consuming to write. Makes me sad.
