Move fontawesome to CDN #58

Removed static folder for fontawsome and replaced reference to them in base.html with link to CDN.

I happened to bump in to this https://github.com/bradmontgomery/django-redis-metrics/issues/57 issue also when I tried to run ./manage.py collectstatic and was going to submit pull request but @phoebebright was faster! :) Thanks for that.

Can you @bradmontgomery merge this as soon as possible?

1.6.0 is now on pypi. Sorry I didn't get to this before being away at a conference all weekend. Thank's for reporting!
