eval replaced with declare #281

Fixes the below error from occurring when the path contains a space.

Path: C:\Users\USER NAME\ Error: line 62: NAME: command not found

It's the least I can do :). As this is only my second pull request to a project I am glad you have found both modifications to be helpful enough to include in the main project.

I have only just started to get involved with VVV and this was the main motivation. Thanks to yourself and others for the continued development.
