"Unemployed" job #128

All villagers should start "unemployed". When you complete the quest batch for the first villager, they should become a gatherer, prompting a journal entry.

[ ] Add unemployed job
[ ] Update initial villager to be unemployed instead of gatherer
[ ] Update initial villager's quests to reward gatherer job (and always include store room)
