[Feature] Add schedule deployment of what is on main #128

Describe the solution you'd like Every day, multiple times a day a new deployment should be generated to load the latest activity.

Will need to make sure some e2e tests are still ran, a long with lighthouse tests.

Possibly look into how to handle rollbacks as well?

Going to pick this up, but it will be a manual job.
