What needs to be done

[x] Migrate from luxon to dayjs
- dayjs is very small, should cut down on initial bundle size. See: https://day.js.org/
[x] Migrate from localForage to direct local-storage.
[ ] Look into migrating away from styled-components to plain css, as styled components aren't used.

Was going to do this, but I think adding basic e2e tests will help stabilize everything first.
