[feat] Add e2e tests for individual project page

Describe the solution you'd like

• [ ] verifies there it loads
• [ ] verifies there is text on the page
• [ ] verifies there is a title that matches
• [ ] verifies the back-button goes back to the list of projects

Other things can be added later, such as tags.
