How to build with Mono (Ubuntu)

Hi,

Can you please add to the Readme about how to compile the project on Ubuntu with Mono.

• What packages need to be installed via apt-get
• Command line to build the project

The pre-built packages should work on mono/Ubuntu as is without a need to re-compile. If it doesn't work and does need re-compile you just need to have mono installed. I have not compiled in Linux directly so if you go down this route please keep notes and I can update the readme.
