Intention to send after x minutes does not work #27

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.My subject -- +11 minutes
2.Apply DELAY_SEND label and saved in drafts
3.Mail does not go after desired minutes from last saved time, it keeps 
increasing the targeted send time 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expected the mail to go out after 11 minutes (or upto 16 minutes given the 5 
minute trigger.)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.75 on firefox 10 windows xp

Please provide any additional information below.
I have enabled debug mails, so I keep receiving debug mails every 5 minutes: 
see below, note how it increases the send time by 5 minutes as if it is 
calculating every-time:

Hello sing.78,

  I can't believe this bug hasn't reared it's head before, but I was able to re-produce as well.

  Planning on doing some work on Gmail Delay Send soon and will track this down for ya.
