Use Time Constants #43

We have a couple of transient times using numbers - we could use constants from http://codex.wordpress.org/Easier_Expression_of_Time_Constants and make the code a little easier to read.

The "requires" section in the readme will probably need to be updated to 3.5 with this change.

Good catch. I think 3.5 is still more than sufficient in terms of previous versions that we can support - no need to even try and support back to 2.9.0 that it may work with. Agreed?

Definitely agree. Considering the audience, I don't think we need to support anything beyond the last 2 or 3 major releases.
