Recently GitHub changed HTML format for Gists, see #55

This PR fixes at least show_line_numbers functionality.

Thanks for this @armab. I'll try and find time to take a look at this over the (busy) weekend (unless @bradyvercher beats me to it), and get it merged if it's all good.
