Make WP-Piwik extendible #10

Hi @braekling!

Would you mind if I looked at this enhancement/issue (#10), and started adding a few action hooks & filters inside WP-Piwik, document them for other developers and then open a pull request?

Initial thoughts are to get some filters in TrackingCode.php to allow other plugins and themes to manipulate the tracking code after it has been generated.

Just wanted to check with you before starting to work on them :+1:

PS. I hope the User ID stuff is working well for everyone :smile:

great idea - thanks a lot. I just created a specific ticket for this, because this ticket is more about plugins for WP-Piwik. Please have a look at #19 - and feel free to start with this. :wink:

PS. I had to do some changes to the user ID stuff to make it working for everyone... just have a look at 1.0.8. But your work was a great starting point to do this! :smile:
